Farmington Hills-based law firm Fabian, Sklar & King, P.C., announced yesterday its second annual donation of 500 10-year sealed lithium battery smoke detectors to the Detroit Fire Department in honor of Fire Prevention Week 2011: Protect your Family from Fire! October 9-15.

The Detroit Fire Department will install the detectors in homes of Detroit residents for free as a result of this donation.

Fabian, Sklar & King, P.C. specializes in fire injury, explosion and property damage claims.
