The Farmington Proud Dads Club is sponsoring an essay contest for K-8 Farmington Public School Students.  

Students are asked to submit essay of 500 or fewer words on the topic, "Why I am Proud of my Dad (or father-figure) and Why He is Proud of Me." The deadline to submit entries is Thursday, May 26. Winners will receive their awards at the Pre-Father's Day Celebration Picnic on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at Shiawassee Park.
