The Farmington Civic Theater is giving away movie passes, through a contest posted on the city-owned movie theater's Facebook page. 

For a chance to win, movie-goers must guess how many pounds of popcorn kernels the theater has used in the past year, ending June 12. Entries must be submitted on the June 13 Facebook post announcing the contest.

The five closest guesses will each win two movie passes.  The deadline for entering is 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19.  With the theater's expanded summer schedule underway, winners will have lots of movies and showtimes from which to choose.
