The historic home of Michigan's only three-term governor Fred M. Warner is located on Grand River, west of Farmington Road.

Local Real Estate One associate broker Mary Bush is sponsoring the event, which features music by Livonia residents Shane Sigro, 16, Mike Paraski, 17, and David De La Garza, 18, and Dearborn resident Nick Sword, 17. These young musicians have performed at the Detroit Hard Rock Café, the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Special Olympics Polar Plunge, Livonia Spree, and the Canton Liberty Fest.

“As a life-long resident of the Farmington/Farmington Hills community, it is a privilege to sponsor this wonderful summer event," Bush said.

Tickets for this event are $5 per person, age 8 and over, and the price includes rock music on the lawn, ice cream sundaes, bakery treats, beverages, plus porch games and Victorian lawn games. Miss Farmington Elise Newcomer and contestants for the 2012 pageant will assist with the ice cream dipping.

A crowd is expected, so guests are advised to bring a lawn chair.
