City of Farmington Hills Hires New HR Director

Farmington Hills resident John Randle Sr. has been named human resources director for the . 

Randle fills a post left vacant since last fall, when former director . 

Previously employed by Allstate Insurance, Avon Products, and Honda of America Manufacturing, he also has extensive experience working as a labor relations representative for General Motors and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Marygrove College in their Human Resource Management master’s degree program.

Randle holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Marygrove College, and a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts and Science from Michigan State University. He is also a Certified Human Resource Professional and a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management.

Randle's first day of work will be April 30. He and his wife, Chaundra, have two children, John Jr., 14, and Victoria, 10, who attend .
