The company's website shows that the Northwestern outage stretches between Inkster and Orchard Lake, in a roughly rectangular area. The company reports that power will be restored sometime between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. today.

The larger cluster is located between Orchard Lake and Drake Roads, from I-696 to about a half-mile north of 13 Mile. DTE estimates restoration of power there between 10:30 p.m. Monday and 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Don, the website lists the Northwestern outage as an area outage and the other as being caused by an auto-protection device. I have a call in to DTE for more information.
