Farmington Hills City Clerk's Office Open Extra Hours for Election Business

The additional hours provide extra time for residents to register to vote or apply for an absentee ballot.

 

The Farmington Hills City Clerk’s Office will offer extended hours during October and November for election-related business.  

Take advantage of these extended hours to register to vote or apply for an absent voter ballot if you expect to be away from the community on Election Day or are otherwise eligible:

  • Every Monday in Oct. (1, 8, 15, 22, 29) – 8:30 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Every Saturday in Oct. (6, 13, 20, 27) – 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
  • Saturday, Nov. 3 – 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. 

The last day to register to vote in the Nov. 6 election is Tuesday, Oct. 9. 

Those who register to vote by mail are not eligible for an absent voter ballot and must vote in person for their first election, except those who are 60 or older.

The City Clerk’s Office is at 31555 W. 11 Mile Rd., on the southwest corner of Eleven Mile and Orchard Lake Roads. Regular business hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30p.m. To learn more, call 248-871-2410.
