UPDATED: Farmington Hills Police Locate Missing Man with Alzheimer's

Investigators have confirmed that Mihail Lupu’s disappearance was voluntary and he is unharmed.

 

The Farmington Hills Police Department have located a missing 77-year-old man who was last seen by a family member at his home in the 10 Mile and Orchard Lake area around 2:30 p.m. on Sept 20.

Investigators have confirmed that Mihail Lupu’s disappearance was voluntary and he is unharmed.

According to his family, Mihail Lupu has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. It is believed he left home on his dark blue Huffy bicycle.

Farmington Hills Police Chief Charles Nebus thanks the news media and public for their assistance in locating the missing person.
