Weekend Brings Recyclable Drive, Family Friendly Film Festival, Farmers Market and More

The Friends of the Farmington Library hosts a book sale at the Farmington Hills Main Library this weekend. Hardcovers sell for $1.50 and paperbacks for 75 cents. Books are stocked throughout the sale, so there will be new bargains each day. Proceeds benefit the Friends, who provide support for library programs throughout the year. Credit Alvin Mann
Antiques offered at this sale include a 1907 Singer sewing machine, steamer trunk, oak pedestal table, autographed books, Wheaties commemorative Detroit Pistons boxes, 1945 duck decoys and much more. Credit Patch
