Thoughts from Farmington Patch sports writer Mike Scott.When it comes to understanding how the game of high school basketball has changed, Tom Negoshian is a good person to listen to. The soon-to-be-retiring head coach at North Farmington has been coaching at the high school and small college levels since the early 1970s.
