Christian Yoga at Nardin Park United Methodist Church of Farmington Hills
Morning Blend Yoga for Every Body with Jessica
10:30 - 11:30AM in the Chapel
Join us for a mid-week refresher... step away from your desk for an early-lunch practice and end your week renewed and recharged. Beautiful new Christian music albums often heard first here. Come and try your first class here for free!
To fully prepare our minds and hearts for Easter, Soul Stretch will be pairing our yoga practice with inspiration from the book: A Clearing Season by Sarah Parsons. “…there's work to be done during Lent, but it's the gentle, gradual work of opening one's heart and mind to grace. A Clearing Season will move you week by week from wilderness to holy ground, using a personal tone that will stir and challenge personal reflection.” (From the publisher)
"To arrive at newness of life, we first name parts of our lives that are shrouded in darkness," writes Parsons. "We walk through some muck so that we can leave it behind and find Easter joy beyond... With God's help we will clear the darkness away and begin to experience greater joy and newness of life."
- $60 enrollment provides unlimited yoga during the 40 days at all of our locations.
- Price increases to $66 after Feb 12, though anyone may join at any time. Discounts available for new students.
