A class that's right for every body, experienced or not...beautiful Christian meditation paired with all levels of yoga postures. Your thoughtful instructor Jeanne says: "You might not get sweaty--but you WILL get centered!" Learn to use chairs for props and take the strain out of wrists, knees, etc. and just plain feel good. Improve your circulation, strength, focus and more as you grow closer to God.
