The Reverend Dr. Jay Harold Ellens has announced a new initiative for folks who feel that they are spiritual but not religious. Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month the Community for Spiritual Inquiry meets at the Ellens Library at 26705 Farmington Road, Farmington Hills, across the street from OCC and just north of the Woodland Park. The purpose is to explore ways in which meaningful content can be generated and shared between us who feel the desire to pursue our spiritual quest in a thoughtful way that moves beyond a mere pooling of mutual ignorance, spiritual apathy, or spiritual dead-end streets. The invitation is open to all and the quest is open ended dialogue in which the direction and discussion arises from the participants and not just the leader.
