The Farmington Downtown Development Authority has taken the great success of the Farmington Farmers & Artisans Market a step further and is delighted to announce its first Farm to Table Dinner.

This “Harvest Table” feast follows the grass roots spirit of Harvest Moon – the food will be supplied in kind by Michigan farmers including Garden Gate Farm of Snover, Fusilier Family Farms and Greenhouses of Manchester, and Gass Centennial Farm of Ray. U.P. Pasties Co. of Plymouth will be donating the appetizers.

Tickets will go on sale at the Market during the annual Corn Roast, Aug. 11.

Grand River Ave & Grove St, Farmington, MI

Established in Downtown Farmington in 2005, the Walter E. Sundquist Pavilion & Riley Park have become a busy center of activity in Downtown Farmington. This town square hosts the Farmington Farmers & Artisans Market from May through November, and a Holly Days Market the first weekend in December. Additional summer activities include the Farmington Area Founders Festival, for which the Pavilion serves as a musical stage. In the fall, the Pavilion rocks with the annual Harvest Moon Celebration, a three-day extravaganza of music, wine and beer tasting and a Harvest Market with children's activities and a scarecrow building contest. The Pavilion is named for Walter E. Sundquist, long-time owner of  Sundquist Funeral Home in Downtown Farmington. Riley Park is named for benefactor George Riley of Farmington Hills.
