The City of Farmington Hills invites beginners and seasoned actors in grades 3 to 12 to auditions for the upcoming production of “Wonderland”.

“Wonderland” is an unabashedly silly adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s classic Through the Looking Glass, with all the great characters from the original tale including Alice, the Cheshire Cat, the White Rabbit, and more, with many parts for young actors in two large casts. The story will include new, hilarious twists such as hip-hop music, making this version of the famous tale a truly upbeat story for all ages.

Auditions are easy and friendly, no advance preparation is necessary. The audition schedule is as follows:

  • Grades 3 to 4 - 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Grades 5 to 7 - 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Grades 8 to 12 - 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Please bring a recent school photo. All other materials will be supplied. Audition forms are available at www.fhgov.com under Cultural Arts/Youth Theatre.
