DESCRIPTION:The Area Agency on Aging 1-B (AAA 1-B) and the Alzheimer&rsqu
 o\;s Association - Greater Michigan Chapter offers Creating Confident Ca
 regivers (CCC) training programs for families caring for a loved one wit
 h a dementia related illness\, such as Alzheimer&rsquo\;s disease\, a cl
 osed head injury\, or dementia due to stroke. The CCC program has been p
 roven to reduce caregiver stress by empowering caregivers with useful to
 ols and information.&nbsp\;\nCaregivers are encouraged to attend all six
  classes in order to complete the training. Onsite respite care is also 
 be available to participants free of charge.&nbsp\;All materials\, flyer
 s\, and training books are provided by the AAA 1-B\, and there is no cos
 t for the caregiver to attend this training.&nbsp\; The class is limited
  to 12 participants. Up to three members from one family can attend a tr
 aining together. &nbsp\;&nbsp\;\nTo register for the CCC training progra
