Learn about the history of Heritage Park. Take a stroll back in time with tour guide Brian "Inspector Pastways" Golden. Brian is the president of the Farmington Historical Society. He can been seen on local cable channel, Info-TV 12, exploring many of the historic sites of Farmington and Farmington Hills.
We will gather at the Nature Center at 6:00pm. Then we leave the center as we go on a historical walk and explore the many sites in the park from the oldest structure to the Visitor's Center (the Spicer House).
We will walk rain or shine, so bring an umbrella if rain is threatening.

More About Heritage Park
With its rolling hills, winding nature trails, amphitheater, splash pad, playground and picnic facilities, Heritage Park offers activities for every season. This 211-acre park is home to the Vagnozzi Visitors Center in the historic Spicer House, Nature Center Day Camp, the Heritage & History Center in Farmington Hills and the Longacre House, a community center. The large picnic shelter is open on a first-come, first-served basis, but it may be reserved for a small fee. Call for information.
