Get in Shape with Fitness Classes in Farmington Hills

Fitness Motivators instructors lead classes at the Costick Center and Jon Grant Community Center.

If you've decided to get fit in the new year, the City of Farmington Hills Special Services Department is teaming up with Fitness Motivations to offer a new series of classes at the Costick Center and Jon Grant Community Center

  • Z-BOX CORE NEW! Mondays, 5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m., Jan. 13 - Feb. 24
  • Z-BOX FITNESS Mondays, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., Jan. 13 - Feb. 24
  • DO THE HUSTLE Tuesdays, 5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m., Jan. 14 - Feb. 25 
  • ALL LEVEL BOOTCAMP Tuesdays, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., Jan. 14 - Feb. 25
  • ZUMBA FITNESS Wednesdays, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., Jan 15 - Feb 26
  • ZUMBA TONING Thursdays, 5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m., Jan. 16 - Feb. 27 
  • CARDIO BOXING Thursdays, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., Jan. 16 - Feb. 27.
  • ZUMBA FITNESS Saturdays, 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., Jan. 18 - Mar. 1 

Register in person at the Costick Center at 28600 W. 11 Mile Rd., Monday
