Get Ready for Farmington Civic Theater's Annual Goodfellows Drive

Two holiday-themed movies play Saturday during the Holly Days celebration.

Start gathering your donations for the Farmington Civic Theater's annual Farmington Area Goodfellows drive. 

Held as part of the Dec. 7 Holly Days celebration, the event includes a showing The 12 Dogs of Christmas and Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas

Those who attend are asked to bring new and unwrapped toys, new books, bags of nonperishable food, cash or checks made payable to the Farmington Goodfellows, to help ensure no child or senior goes without a Christmas. Even those who don't wish to stay for the movie are welcome to drop off a donation.

The 12 Dogs of Christmas, rated G, rplays at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., and runs 1 hour and 42 minutes. Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas, rated TV-PG, plays at 10:15 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 12:15 p.m. and 1:15 p.m., and runs 26 minutes.  

Fifty percent of concession sales during these movies will also go to the Goodfellows.
