 Retired, mid-level healthcare provider will do medical transcriptions for your practice from my home as an independent contractor.  Will transcribe dictations by physicians of patient’s assessment, workup, therapeutic procedures, clinical course, diagnosis, prognosis, patient education, etc.  Will edit dictated material for grammar and clarity, as necessary and appropriate.
