In order to help women stay active during their pregnancies and beyond, this program will give you everything you need to stay fit during and after your pregnancy. We use many fitness disciplines to stretch and maintain a good fitness level during pregnancy. After baby comes we help you strengthen your core, build overall strength and endurance plus help you shed fat. We also use yoga and pilates to calm the body, teach deeper breathing, opening the upper body and stretching the lower body.
