Actors Avenue Headlines S.O.U.L. Benefit in Farmington Hills

The event raised funds for a family whose home needs a roof replacement.

A group of young stage actors performed Wednesday afternoon at Longacre House in Farmington Hills, volunteering their time and talents for a nonprofit's annual fundraiser.

Actors Avenue headlined the S.O.U.L. (Source of Universal Love) annual summer fundraiser, with musical numbers from "Oklahoma", "Legally Blonde", "Seussical" and more. Funds raised will go toward replacing the roof on a young family's home.

During the event, Miss Farmington 2013 Kristina Franchi and the pageant's board of directors delivered a check for $250 to help the drive meet its goal.
