The Farmington Hills campus' Culinary Studies Institute offers a dinner combining all-American cuisine and local microbrews.
Oakland Community College’s Culinary Studies Institute (CSI) promises a home run with its “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” evening of beer and baseball – a celebration of the Great American Pastimes’ opening day.
The April 4 dinner, at the college’s Orchard Ridge Campus in Farmington Hills, will feature an all-American cuisine paired with local microbrews. Signature cocktails, wines and specialty cocktails will be offered at a cash bar during the cocktail hour.
Dinner will consist of strolling All-American springtime cuisine, supplemented by a variety of beers designed to enhance the food prepared by the OCC Culinary Program’s Buffet and Banquets class.
