Fall Outdoor Yoga in Heritage Park
Life Coach Kathy Igoe will lead a meditative walk through an outdoor labyrinth.
A labyrinth is an indirect path to a clear destination and is intended to be a reflective and relaxing experience which slows the heart rate, quiets the mind, and inspires creative thinking. Past participants have described their experiences as emotionally inspiring and life changing.
Participants will meet near the North Shelter at Heritage Park and should dress for the weather in comfortable clothes, and bring a pen and journal if desired. In case of inclement weather, the labyrinth will be held inside the Nature Center.
