Farmington Area Organizations Invited to Apply for Foundation Grants
Applications are due by April 15.
The Farmington/Farmington Hills Foundation for Youth and Families has opened applications for its next round of grant awards.
Applications downloaded from www.ffhfoundation.org must be returned via regular mail to 36520 W. 12 Mile Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48331 by April 15. When applying for a grant, consider the following guidelines:
- Money allocated should benefit the Farmington/Farmington Hills area
- Grants will be awarded to organizations, not individuals
- Emphasis on prevention is encouraged
- Must be open to and be a benefit to all
- Diversity and inclusiveness
- Focus on programs vs property
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to secure funding from other sources
Since its inception, the Foundation has awarded more than $500,000 in grants to local organizations, including:

- Farmington Area PTA Council
- Neighborhood House
- Oakland Literacy Council
- Farmington Public Schools Pledge for Success program

The Farmington/ Farmington Hills Foundation for Youth and Families is a charitable organization established in 1995 to provide financial support to endeavors that enrich the lives of children, youth and families within the Farmington area.
