Gleaners Teams Up with Kroger to Raise Funds, Collect Donations

Hope at the Table volunteers will gather monetary and food donations at Farmington Hills Kroger locations on Jan. 19.

This month, Gleaners Community Food Bank and Kroger are working together to bring hope to the tables of hungry southeast Michiganders.

Each Saturday in January, volunteers will spend their day at local Kroger grocery stores across southeast Michigan, handing out information about the Bringing Hope to the Table initiative, as well as accepting donations of nonperishable food and money from shoppers.

Volunteers will be out at these Farmington Hills Kroger stores on Saturday, Jan. 19, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., in addition to other locations in Oakland County:
