Powerball Jackpot Jumps to $500 Million
Powerball lottery players are testing their luck on an enormous jackpot for the Nov. 28 drawing.
UPDATE: The Associated Press reports Tuesday afternoon that brisk ticket sales has pushed the Nov. 28 jackpot to $500 million.
It certainly could be the most wonderful time of the year for one or more lottery players.
Since no one won Saturday's drawing, the Powerball jackpot has grown to a whopping $425 million prize. The next drawing is taking place at night Nov. 28.
