Award-winning Detroit singer/songwriter Carolyn Striho headlines this week's free Rhythmz in Riley Park concert, held at 7 p.m. Friday.
With 18 nominations and four Detroit Music Award wins, she's recognized as one of the area's best songwriters and singers. Striho blends classical, folk, rock, pop, cabaret and jazz results in a bold, fresh sound during her concerts.
In addition to on-street spots, parking is available south of and , east of and north of , across Grand River Avenue from . The church also serves as the concert’s rain location.
