The 2011 Roots in Detroit Photography Contest & Exhibition is specifically designed to recognize the exceptional talent of our local photographers and to celebrate our community through the art of photography.
The winning photographs from Thom Briggs, Ron Warren and first place winner Susan Barnes will be featured in large format prints along with the eight honorable mention photographs. All 11 photographers have also been invited to showcase their outstanding talent by sharing their body of work.
