Tickets Still Available for Get a Clue's Mint Julep Murders
The local theater troupe will perform at Page's in Farmington and Family Buggy in Farmington Hills.
Get a Clue Mystery Dinner Theatre's latest production, The Mint Julep Murders, opens this weekend and tickets are still available for shows at in Farmington and in Farmington Hills.
The show centers around the mysterious murder of a Yankee tax collector who arrives at Terre Haute, the southern plantation of Miss Charlotte O’Mara, during her Mint Julep Jubilee. Written by Paul VanderRoest, originally from Walled Lake and now a resident of Long Beach, CA, the play is a spoof of several Gone With The Wind characters, with characters modeled after film star Betty Davis, the Dallas television series and many other stars and shows of bygone days.
Several audience members will be chosen to play a small character role, and the audience member voted best performer by the cast will receive a prize. The audience is also invited to try to figure out “whodunit," with additional prizes awarded.
