American Cancer Society Seeks 300,000 Volunteers for New Study

A General Motors video explains more about the study, which focuses on the role lifestyle factors play in preventing or causing cancer.

General Motors has created a video to help promote enrollment in an American Cancer Society (ACS) study with a control group goal of 300,000 people nationwide, to help understand how lifestyle factors play a role in preventing or causing cancer.

The Cancer Prevention Study-3 is the largest cancer prevention study thus far, so ACS is working with health systems and corporations in communities nationwide to enlist volunteers who want to take an active role in helping to prevent cancer to join the group.
