Baby Boot Camp Launches Fitness Program in Farmington June 1

The new business will hold classes in Farmington's Shiawassee Park beginning June 4.

A fitness and nutrition program for new moms will celebrate its grand opening June 1, 9:30 a.m., at in Farmington

Baby Boot Camp, led by Farmington Hills resident Michelle Kreager, offers stroller-fitness classes that combine strength-training exercises with cardio-vascular drills in 60-minute sessions. 

"We are thrilled to help improve the health and wellness of Farmington Hills area families," Baby Boot Camp CEO and Founder Kristen Horler said. "We are so excited to welcome Michelle Kreager as she helps moms seeking to support nutrition, fitness and healthy lifestyle habits in their families and their communities."

Kreager is certified as a group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise, and is trained in pre- and post-natal fitness. 

"Fitness has always been an important part of my lifestyle," Kreager said. "Baby Boot Camp was a huge help for me after our daughter Elsie was born. After relocating to Farmington Hills, I knew we had to bring Baby Boot camp here so we could help moms in the area."
