Canine College Celebrates Humane Society Partnership Aug. 14 in Farmington Hills

in Farmington Hills hosts an open house today, 4 p.m.- 7 p.m., to kick off registration for this year's Michigan Humane Society (MHS) Mega March, held Oct. 7, 2012 at Hart Plaza in Detroit and at Kensington Metropark.
Canine College has joined MHS as a corporate partner, with the goal to make significant differences in helping the animals in their care, said owner Deb Watkins. The MHS cares for over 100,000 animals each year through life-saving programs and services and is one of the largest animal welfare organizations in the country.
Those who register for the Mega March fundraiser at the Canine College open house will be eligible in a drawing for a 3-month supply of Purina food.
