The 43rd Annual Fall Fashion Show to Benefit the Longacre House includes a fashion boutique that opens at 10:30 a.m., lunch and fashion show at noon. Women’s fashions will be provided by The Clothing Cove in Milford and children's fashions will be provided by Gap Orchard Place. Hair styling for the models will be provided by www.thestudioforhair.com.
Proceeds from the Fashion Show will go toward restoration and upkeep of the historic Longacre House, an elegant Georgian-style mansion acquired by the City of Farmington Hills in 2006. Extensive renovations have been made to the home, which was originally built in 1869. The Longacre House is now a popular venue for weddings, showers, special events, and popular programs such as Victorian teas, cooking shows, and music lessons.
