Farmington Hills Pet Therapy Business Helps Wayne State Students

Dr. Paws Pet Therapy brings stress-reducing pets to help medical students relax, Fox 2 News reports.

Wayne State University medical students got a relaxing break from their studies Monday, thanks to a Farmington Hills business.

Dr. Paws Pet Therapy paid a visit to the school, according to a WJBK-TV report. Dogs trained by the volunteer organization cuddled with the students, who spend up to 16 hours a day studying.

Dr. Paws founder Terry Seraceno told the station, "People are coming up to me saying, 'Oh, thank you for coming. Thank you for doing this.' I mean, it makes you feel really good."
