How did your business come to be?: After graduation with a degree in Medical Dietetics and Healthcare Education, I worked in a hospital setting. It was very limiting as to the time and quality of nutrition education I could share with my patient's/client's. I learned about the importance of good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle at an early age. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis/Crohns Disease as a teen and came to learn that diet played a major role in my recovery. At that time there were very few resources or individuals available who could help me with the nutritional management of my disease.. I went into the field of nutrition because I love to educate others about their own individual nutrition and wellness needs . Having my own business allows me to spend the time necessary to tailor a nutrition plan to an individuals personal needs and goals and provide the support necessary to achieve and maintain those goals.

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?: When you are working to  lose weight  and/or improve your overall health condition it is important to work with someone who will focus on your own individual needs. This is what I do. I spend time learning about your health history and I perform a nutrition assessment so I can learn about your current nutritional status and lifestyle. This way I can tailor a plan that you can stick to and that will meet your needs.
