How did your business come to be?: Hobby turned business once a piece of my jewelry was featured at the Oscar Gifting Event.
What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?:
My jewelry has been featured at the Oscars and will be featured at The
Emmys. It will also be worn on The Voice and some of the new moms in
Hollywood have gotten a pink or blue bracelet after having their baby.
Jessica Simpson just got one and I also made a name bracelet for her
What services does your business provide?:
I create a variety of styles of jewelry, from beautiful sparkly
Swarovski bracelets and earrings to vintage-looking pieces to more
contemporary necklaces and earrings. I've also had customers give me a
piece of jewelry they no longer like or wear to remake into something
they like and will wear again. A bridal set (3 bracelets and a pair of
earrings), baby name bracelets, new-mom bracelets in blue and pink and
matching mother/daughter bracelets are just a few of the customized
pieces I offer.
What do you want your business to be best known for?: I want my pieces to be enjoyed and known for being pretty with nice finishing details.
What's your most popular product or service?: The most popular product is the "Oscar" (or LoveJudy) bracelet.
When was the business founded?: February 2013.
Why did you choose to locate to Farmington Hills?: My studio is in my home but I work with local bead stores and also have my jewelry in area businesses.
