Long-time Farmington Area Resident Keynotes Chamber Expo

Mike Feezey, president of Huntington Bank, talks to Chamber members about small business and finance.

In January, long-time WJR 760 AM radio president and general manager Mike Feezey left the station to become president of Huntington Bancshares' southeast Michigan region. At Thursday's Greater Farmington Area Chamber of Commerce Expo, he explained why.

The Farmington resident said in his keynote address, "I came to Huntington to fulfill a mission to turn this state around, and we are doing that."

Feezey said Huntington is the top Small Business Association (SBA) lender in Michigan, and the third highest SBA lender in the U.S. "That says something about the appetite we have for small business," he said.
