Orange Leaf Offers 16 Frozen Yogurt Flavors in Farmington

The city's first self-serve frozen yogurt shop opens in the Drakeshire shopping center.

Farmington residents have their first self-serve frozen yogurt shop, with the opening of Orange Leaf in the Drakeshire shopping center on Grand River.

Located in the center's newly renovated northwest corner, the brightly lit shop opened Jan. 10.

After grabbing a paper cup, customers can dispense their choice of 16 frozen yogurt flavors, including a non-dairy option. There's also a large toppings bar, with options that include fruit, candies, cookies, nuts and more.

Cups are weighed at the register; payment is made by the ounce. An 8-ounce cup cost just under $3.

Hours are 12 p.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, and 12 p.m.-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
