Bank of Michigan Names Jeffrey Karafa Chief Financial Officer
Bank of Michigan named Jeffrey Karafa chief financial officer, responsible for all accounting, finance, treasury, investments and retail operations for the bank.
Karafa's financial services experience spans more than 25 years, and includes serving as chief financial officer at Fidelity Bank and Dearborn Bancorp, as well as positions with the former Michigan National Bank.
Karafa received his MBA from University of Detroit and his BA from University of Michigan.
Bank of Michigan is headquartered in Farmington Hills and serves individual customers and small- and mid-sized businesses in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne Counties.
