DAVE & BUSTER’S HIRING 250 FOR NEW LOCATION IN LIVONIA

Games, sports, plus new American menu add up to fun starting Dec. 16

LIVONIA, MI – Dave & Buster’s is opening the ultimate combination of fun, food, drinks and games in Livonia on Monday, Dec. 16. In anticipation of the opening, the 40,000-square-foot location has begun the hiring process to fill 250 positions, including bartenders, servers, cooks and host staff.

The Livonia restaurant, located next to the Embassy Suites hotel off of I-275, will be the 66th North American venue for Dave & Buster’s, which is currently expanding by four to six locations each year.

“We are extremely excited to bring our brand of food, fun and games to the Metro Detroit area,” said David Rogan, general manager of the Livonia store. “Dave & Buster’s is the only place to eat, drink, play and watch sports under one roof.”

Beginning Monday, Dec. 16, the restaurant, game and special event areas will be open seven days a week: Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.

Dave & Buster’s chef-crafted gourmet menu combines fun and flavor in American fare such as burgers, steaks, seafood, pasta, salads and more. Popular items include the Mountain O’ Nachos, Pretzel Dogs, Black Jack BBQ Chicken, Bacon-Wrapped Beef Medallions, the South Philly Burger and the Lawnmower Salad. It also offers signature cocktails like the Miami Ice Snow Cone, Cherry Berry Mojito and the Million Dollar Margarita. Large-screen high-definition televisions complete the perfect setting for watching everyone’s favorite sporting events and professional games.

Dave & Buster’s guests can also play the most popular new games, including Temple Run, Cut The Rope, Dark Escape and Dizzy Chicken. Take the tickets to the Winner’s Circle and shop for a variety of prizes, including Apple products, Xbox games, sports memorabilia, T-shirts, stuffed animals and even electric guitars.
