Dr. Kristy Smith Joins DMC Sports Medicine

DMC Sports Medicine is pleased to announce the addition of Sports Medicine Specialist Dr. Kristy Smith.   

Dr. Kristy Smith is an emergency-trained non-operative Sports Medicine Specialist with DMC Sports Medicine, seeing patients at DMC Sports Medicine outpatient clinics in Detroit, Farmington Hills and Warren for all non-operative orthopaedic needs.

Dr. Smith specializes in treating all athletes, but has an affinity for women’s athletics and nutrition, as well as volleyball. She also serves as an American Heart Association Instructor for Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). She is very passionate about education for medical personnel as well as the general public on the proper use of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and performing CPR in the event of a medical emergency.
