KILA PEEPLES-HUDSON JOINS MARX LAYNE & COMPANY

— Marx Layne & Company, a full-service marketing, public relations and digital media agency, has announced that Kila Peeples-Hudson has joined the agency as an Account Executive.  The announcement was made by company president, Michael Layne.

 

As a member of the account team, Hudson services Marx Layne clients in the non-profit, telecommunications and food service industries with a focus on media relations, stakeholder outreach and social media. She also leads the agency’s film and video production department.

Prior to joining Marx Layne & Company, Hudson was a Multimedia Journalist for WMYD-TV (My TV20) covering a variety of news beats in the City of Detroit and surrounding communities.  During her time in television, she interviewed numerous sports figures, politicians and CEOs.

Her career history also includes nearly a decade of experience in both marketing and sales with companies including Motorola, Creative Channel Services and American Eagle Outfitters.

 

A resident of Farmington Hills, Hudson holds a degree in Video Production and News Broadcasting from Specs Howard School of Media Arts and in Communications from Oakland University.
