Local Business Owners Join Thornton & Grooms
Thornton & Grooms, a top local heating and cooling company, is pleased to announce that Tom Bynum and Rob Riddle, both experts in their respective fields, have joined the already-impressive lineup of Thornton & Grooms team members.
Tom Bynum is filling the role of mechanical systems specialist with Thornton & Grooms and will be focusing on drains and HVAC systems. Tom previously owned his own company, TA Bynum.
Tom’s company focused on residential HVAC needs for 15 years. When the economy took a downturn in 2008, Tom decided to leave the HVAC industry to focus on his family. His decision to join Thornton & Grooms stems directly from that choice. “Thornton & Grooms believes in putting family first and I knew I would not just fit in; I would thrive here,” says Tom.

Tom wants all TA Bynum customers to know that he is continuing to honor their warranties until 2015 and hopes that they will allow him to continue his continue to serve them with dedication and honesty while he is with Thornton & Grooms.
Rob Riddle has also joined Thornton & Grooms, bringing with him almost two decades of plumbing experience. Like Tom Bynum, Rob also owned his own company, Pro-Line Plumbing. Pro-Line operated in the Royal Oak area for 12 years.

Rob has focused his expertise in plumbing of all sorts, including both residential and commercial service, construction, renovation, insurance repairs, sewer repairs, and installations.
Rob decided to join Thornton & Grooms after thoroughly researching pluming companies in the Detroit area who share his standards of service, professionalism, and exceptional quality. “The more I learned of Thornton and Grooms the more it seemed like a perfect fit. I was inspired by the level of professionalism and the passion for success. I am looking forward to this new chapter in my career,” says Rob.
