Podiatric surgeon Janet Ajrouche, DPM, CWS, joins Botsford Hospital medical staff
Janet Ajrouche, DPM, CWS, has joined the medical staff at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills. She is board certified in podiatric medicine and wound care. Dr. Ajrouche sees patients at Advanced Family Foot & Ankle located at 8596 N. Canton Center Rd. in Canton, 734-667-3714, savedafeet.com.
She treats conditions of the foot and ankle for children, adults, and older adults.
Dr. Ajrouche earned her doctorate of podiatric medicine and surgery from Barry University, Miami, Fla. She completed a three-year residency at Botsford and held the position of chief resident during her final year of clinical training. Dr. Ajrouche won Botsford's Alvin Yarrows Research Award in 2010 and 2011.
She is an associate of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons and a member of the American Board of Wound Management, the American Podiatric Medical Association, the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Ajrouche is multilingual and speaks English, Spanish, and Arabic (Moroccan dialect).
