An Evening of Albert Kahn Architecture with Donald Bauman

Friday on the Boulevard is featuring an evening of architecture with architect and archivist Donald Bauman.  Bauman will present: “The Legacy Continues, an Overview of Kahn, 119 Years and Counting”.  Guests will be invited to take part in the discussion.              

Donald Bauman AIA, CSI, LEED-AP Is an architect for Albert Kahn Associates, Inc. for more than 32 years. He is the Manager of Specifications which includes Archival, Librarian and Historian duties. He has over forty years combined experience in the Construction and Architectural Industry. He has served as project architect, project manager, and assistant director in five market segments of Industrial, Health Care, Commercial, Institutional, and Preservation. He holds a Master of Architecture Degree from the University of Michigan. He currently serves as: Director and Past President of the Construction Specification Institute, Metro Detroit Chapter; Secretary of the AIA, Building Enclosure Council, Greater Detroit,   Board of Directors; and a member of the Masonry Institute of Michigan, Generic Wall Committee.
