Farmington Hills Fire Dept. offers a meeting tonight for anyone interested in becoming a paid, on-call firefighter.

Today is the last day to donate new or gently worn shoes to benefit Backdoor Friends Cat Rescue. They accept men's, women's, and children's family footwear; no skates, heavy winter or ski boots, big furry slippers or shoes with holes. Drop off donations at  on Grand River.
