5 Things You Should Know Today - Jan. 30, 2012

Farmington city council meets tonight to talk again about regional bus service.

We may get a little more snow today, but it may not last for long. Here's what else you should know today: 

1. The weather

There's a 40 percent chance that we'll get a little more snow today, after 11 a.m. The National Weather Service (NWS) predicts a high around 35 and a low of 33, with a slight chance of rain and drizzle tonight.

Farmington officials will meet at 7 p.m. today to talk more about their vote to opt out of the Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART). The agenda also includes a discussion about rescheduling a Feb. 20 meeting, along with a time for public comment.
