On Friday, the Farmington Area Commission on Aging and the Farmington Hills Senior Division host this day of free health screenings with optional low-cost blood and other tests at the , from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. You'll also receive counseling and referrals, if necessary. Farmington Hills hosts this event Saturday, 7 p.m.-9 p.m., with a local astronomer who will tell you all about the stars, planets and phases of the moon. Children will learn to use a star wheel that they create. Children must be at least 5 years old to attend.
