Bluebird Monitoring, Maple Sugaring and More on Tap at Farmington Hills Nature Center

Classes that hint at the beginning of spring get underway in March.

The City of Farmington Hills Nature Discovery Center will offer several classes in March that will help you get into the spirit of spring.

Here's a list of the classes, see the flyers above for additional information: 

  • Bluebird Monitoring Attend a March 6 meeting to learn about volunteering to track bluebirds in the park. 
  • Maple Sugaring Learn how to make maple syrup out of sap tapped from your own backyard maple trees, during classes on March 10 and 24. 
  • Native Gardening Workshop Hear how local residents have found success with native plants during this March 7 class.
